loop prize draw terms & conditions

  1. Eligibility

    The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of LOOP, its associated companies, agencies, contractors and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

  2. How to enter

    To enter the prize draw, participants must complete the entry form, provide their name and email address, confirm that they are aged 18 or over, and agree to these Prize Draw Terms & Conditions.

  3. Marketing consent

    Marketing communications from LOOP are optional and are not required to enter the prize draw. Choosing not to receive marketing communications will not affect an entrant's eligibility to enter or win the prize. Participants may choose to receive marketing communications from LOOP by selecting the relevant marketing consent option when entering the prize draw. If an entrant chooses to receive marketing communications from LOOP and subsequently withdraws their consent or unsubscribes, their prize draw entry will remain valid.

  4. Closing date

    The prize draw closes at 11:59pm on 27 November 2026. Entries received after this time will not be eligible.

  5. Winner selection

    One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.

  6. The prize

    The winner will receive a VIP experience for up to four people at LOOP, comprising a bowling session, sharing food and soft drinks for the group.

  7. Prize validity

    The prize must be redeemed within three months of the winner being notified. The prize is subject to availability.

  8. Winner notification

    The winner will be contacted using the email address provided when entering the prize draw. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, LOOP reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.

  9. Prize restrictions

    The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

  10. Changes to the prize draw

    LOOP reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the prize draw, or substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value, where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.

  11. Personal information

    Personal information provided when entering the prize draw will be collected and processed by LOOP for the purposes of administering the prize draw, in accordance with LOOP's Privacy Policy. Where an entrant has separately opted in to receive marketing communications, their personal information will also be used to send those communications in accordance with their marketing preferences.

  12. Acceptance of terms

    By entering the prize draw, participants confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
